E-tickets & drinks pre-orders

  • 48 hours ahead of your visit you will receive a reminder email or text with your tickets for the show via our new system VisitOne.

  • Via the VisitOne link to your e-tickets, you'll also be able to pre-order interval drinks. With so many full houses and a short 15-minute interval we're expecting busy bars, so skip the queue and order ahead of time.

  • If you are unable to use your ticket, and the performance you have booked has sold out we can put your tickets back on sale via our box office.

  • If they are sold you will receive 90% of the original ticket value back as a refund (we retain 10% as an admin fee).

  • Please call us on 0131 529 6000 (11am to 3pm, Mon to Sat) or email bookings@capitaltheatres.com if you would like to resell your ticket.

Merchandise

  • We expect this area to be very busy so a queuing system is likely to be in operation, please be considerate of your fellow audience members when waiting to be served.

  • Till-points like the rest of the venue are cashless, accepting only contactless/chip & pin purchases.

  • You can view the full selection of available merchandise on the Hamilton Shop ahead of your visit, the link also includes an online shop for home delivery direct from the Hamilton team.

Cloakroom

  • Our cloakroom will be open 1 hour before each performance and can be found on the lower ground level. This is accessible by lift or stairs.

  • To make the best use of space for all customers we kindly ask that you refrain from storing large bags/cases during the performance.

  • The cloakroom is free but donations are welcome and go towards the maintenance of the Festival Theatre, King's Theatre, and The Studio.
