Since 2016, these awards have recognised leadership, innovation and achievement in the application of ticketing across sports, performing arts, music, cinema, live entertainment and visitor attractions.

Kerry has worked in the Box Office since 2021 and always goes above and beyond to help our customers. Her fabulous smile, warmth and generosity delight everyone she encounters – whether an audience member buying a ticket or indeed with a colleague as she checks in on your day. Kerry is a massive musicals fan with a flair for all things sewing – indeed she travels far and wide to watch shows whilst giving freely of her time and talent supporting many amateur musical companies with their costumes and general wardrobe.

We are so proud of her for being shortlisted as a finalist and for all the fantastic work she does for us. The Unsung Hero Award category really shines a light on the variety of remarkable activity that takes place both on and off our stages.

The winner of the Unsung Hero Award will be announced on Tuesday 16 April at the Ticketing Business Awards. Kerry is nominated alongside sales and ticketing managers from the UK and around the world, including the SEC, Warwickshire Country Cricket Club, Kalamazoo State Theatre in Michigan, Venues Live Western Australia, and Australian-based Moshtix.

Huge congratulations to Kerry from everyone at Capital Theatres – and very best of luck!
