- Ensure that our programming supports the long-term sustainability of Capital Theatres
- Contribute to the flow of new work for audiences in our venues and beyond
- Collaborate with participants, audiences, artists, and employees so they feel their creative potential is recognised and nurtured
- Focus on community programmes that deliver increased wellbeing and reduced social isolation
- Collaborate on the development of new initiatives and project
