Afro and Hip-hop Dance Style Workshop
With QDance
Dancers from Qudus Onikeku’s QDance Company teach an on-stage workshop focussing on elements of Afro and Hip-Hop genres, exploring expression and creativity through a range of techniques, including Krumping, Bboying, and Nigerian street style.
These on-stage workshops, accompanied by live musicians from the QDance Company, give the opportunity to learn from world-class performers.
Complements CPD and professional practice for advanced and professional level performers. This may include dance artists, practitioners, and dance students in regular training.
The workshop will take place on the Festival Theatre stage.
Participants should meet in the foyer at 11.45am.
